Back in June of 2020, PIDC completed a 10,000 square foot lab/office fit-up conversion for Apellis Pharmaceuticals. The fit-up consisted of lab space with dedicated support equipment, an open office and a conference area that was served by base building HVAC.
This project was completed in partnership with Biomed Realty, Arrowstreet Inc. and R.W. Sullivan.
