After converting over 76,000 sf at 10 Wilson Road in Cambridge to support lab occupancy, PIDC completed the 22,000 sf office/lab fit out for new tenant Civetta Therapeutics. Occupying the full third floor, Civetta’s new space features over 10,000 sf of lab serving open biology and several smaller tissue culture labs. Ample office space offers a mix of open office seating as well as private offices, and multiple break-out areas for small or large group meetings.
