Sal joined PIDC in 2011 and progressed his role to project executive. Sal is called on to add value to selected engineering-intensive projects at PIDC, in the past as a Field Superintendent or Construction Manager. His day-to-day activities include management/supervision of all aspects of construction on projects — Estimating, coordinating construction schedules and project logistics to suit the needs of project managers, superintendents, clients/ owners and tenants — and the development/analysis of commercial and industrial budgets.
With over 20 years of construction industry experience, Sal holds Massachusetts construction supervisor’s licenses, Boston & Cambridge ABC License as well as Massachusetts licensed master plumber, certified welder/inspector. His in-depth understanding of MEP systems provides clients and project partners with a distinct advantage for dealing with complex framing and installation challenges. Sal all supports PIDC as the company corporate safety manager, to help ensure project safety and compliance.
In his personal time, he enjoys traveling, watching, and attending Bruins games, golfing and spending time with his family and friends.
