PIDC provided design/build and construction management services for the conversion of the 185,000 sf LINX building located in Watertown, MA from office use to lab use. The LINX building needed a full range MEP/FP Lab ready infrastructure with 153,000cfm of makeup air, exhaust and energy recovery systems, a new 4,000amp electrical service, two freight elevators, three loading docks, and 775kW standby generator. PIDC also completed four (4) separate lab/office fit ups for clients C4 Therapeutics, Addgene, Exonics, and Kala Pharmaceuticals totaling 165,000sf. All lab fit ups included the installation service needs such as pH Neutralization, TW, Vac, CA, N2, and CO2
