PIDC received final sign off on the first of three lab/office projects to be completed at 480 Arsenal Way in Watertown. ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI) will move into a newly upgraded 12,000 sf suite completed in mid-February. PIDC is underway with two additional projects upgrading Acrivon Therapeutics’ 13,000 sf office/lab space and creating a 12,000 sf vivarium for Explora BioLabs. These are scheduled for substantial completion in mid-March and late-May respectively
