101 Smith

PIDC provided preconstruction and construction management services to support the build out of a 40k SF floor plate at the recently constructed 101 Smith building in Cambridge. PIDC is responsible for the long lead procurement of the 250kW gas-fired generator as well as the build out of both spec suites and tenant specific fit outs. Both spec suites and tenant specific spaces will be mixed use office and lab.
