5 Burlington Woods

At 5 Burlington Woods Drive, PIDC supported preconstruction services and ultimately lead the construction efforts of both the core/shell infrastructure upgrades and multiple spec labs. The 3-story, 103,000 SF building was gutted, including all
utilities, and received a ground up single story loading dock with new 4-story freight elevator. Due to unstable and damaged existing floor and slab conditions, PIDC completed structural reinforcing of existing floors/slabs to ensure no further structural or loading concerns. PIDC oversaw the new 4,000A utility service, new natural gas service, and all new HVAC air handling equipment. The base building was fit out with a new fitness center, bathroom cores, Cafe, and 4,000 SF exterior patio amenities. Additionally, PIDC completed 1st and 2nd floor spec suite fit outs totaling 66,000 SF to align with Core/Shell completion.
