500 Forge

PIDC Construction completed the restoration and conversion of the 1940’s constructed building at 500 Forge to support future office and lab tenant occupancy. The façade received new curtainwall and TAKTL panel systems, and 17 new passenger and service elevators were installed to make interior spaces accessible. The building conversion also included the purchase and installation of all infrastructure required to support the completed 150,000 SF of office/lab space (AHU, EAHU, Boiler Plant, Chillers, and Generators), as well as the removal and reconstruction of the existing parking structure and access ramps.
