Monte Rosa

PIDC completed construction of over 47,000 SF spanning the 9th and 10th floors of 321 Harrison in Boston’s Ink Block neighborhood. The scope of the interior fit out included mixed office and lab usage with new interconnecting stairs and open office seating, as well as private offices, huddle and conference rooms. The extensive lab space included tissue culture labs, robotics areas, and a vivarium with dedicated exhaust fan. This downtown Boston work required significant coordination with other CMs in the building as well as the municipalities to procure permitting for craning of materials.
