Description

PIDC successfully managed the phased fit-out of the 10,500 SF Revival & Mothership restaurant space on the ground floor of 125 Cambridge Park Drive, ensuring the restaurant remained fully operational throughout construction. The project was strategically divided into nine phases, allowing for a seamless transition between new and existing operations while minimizing disruptions. The scope included MEP upgrades, modifications to the fire protection and alarm systems, and significant commercial kitchen infrastructure improvements. This involved the installation of Type 1 exhaust hoods, grease removal systems, and a wet-chemical fire suppression system in compliance with NFPA 96. Additionally, upgrades to HVAC, electrical, and emergency power systems were implemented to support the demands of a high-functioning restaurant environment. Given the complexity of working within an occupied space, the project required meticulous coordination between contractors, vendors, and the restaurant team. PIDC worked closely with Vanderweil Engineers, Elkus Manfredi Architects, and Code Red Consultants to ensure smooth execution. The project successfully added "commercial kitchen infrastructure" into PIDC's growing portfolio.
