SQZ Biotechnologies

In 2016, PIDC was selected by BioMed Realty, Inc. as construction manager for this 21,000 sf office and laboratory tenant fitout — and has continued to work with SQZ to modify the facility to serve its growing needs. SQZ has re-engaged PIDC to design/build a new 60,000 sf facility within the historic Arsenal Yards complex. The relocated facility will include expanded laboratory, vivarium and office support areas.
