After outgrowing their Coolidge Street location, PIDC was enlisted by repeat client SQZ Biotech to complete their new 60,000 sf headquarters at Arsenal Yard. The space features a welcoming lobby, multiple small group breakout areas, and mezzanine level café overlooking their new open lab spaces.
