Addgene

After outgrowing the Cambridge space we completed for them in 2014, Addgene engaged PIDC again for early-phase site selection support. After the selection of a 33,000 sf space in the LINX Building, PIDC immediately launched into design assist mode and ultimately construction. The new lab/office space, designed to foster the collaborative environment at Addgene, was delivered on time and on budget.
