Apellis Pharmaceuticals

In June of 2020, PIDC completed a 10,000 square foot fitup of the lab and office space at 65 Grove street in Watertown for Apellis Pharmaceuticals. Apellis develops transformative therapies for people living with a broad range of debilitating diseases by controlling complement, a part of the body's immune system. Buildout of the space included utlilization of house HVAC and VAC systems and dedicated CA, Nitrogen, and CO2 distribution.
