Arnold Hall

After demolishing an existing building to reveal a stunning view of Ashford Pond, PIDC performed major site improvements and installations including a new patio, steps, walkways, lighting and irrigation system. A 100-foot service tunnel was built, both climate-controlled and ADA-compliant, to connect the main house and cottage. The 1727 main house basement was renovated for storage. Drainage/waterproofing in the service tunnel saved the client over $10,000.
