The First Church of Christ, Scientist

Many of PIDC’s long-term relationships have resulted from a successful introductory project with a heavy engineering focus. An early infrastructure success for this client — a phased 2400T chilled water plant reconfiguration within the constraints of a tight, mid-city campus style site — has led to a decade of varied and challenging assignments. Other successes include the foundation underpinning of the time-honored sacred Mother Church, along with a comprehensive 8-floor renovation of the 85-year-old Christian Science Publishing House.
