Chestnut Hill Foundation

This 19,000 sf phased addition and alterations project included a three-story residence, along with the Chestnut Hill Center. PIDC provided construction management services to help create inviting, high-finish spaces for living and worship. While keeping the building fully inhabited and operational, our work included the seamless blending of additional exterior stone and stucco facade, extensive MEP and HVAC updates, and high-end marble and mahogany finishes.
