InVivo Therapeutics

PIDC assisted with landlord negotiations relating to the base building infrastructure and tenant improvement (TI) allowances to support InVivo’s specific program. We then developed 20,000 sf of corporate offices, R&D labs (chemistry, biology and tissue culture), a cGMP manufacturing cleanroom, and a new SCI vivarium. PIDC later completed an additional 5,000 sf addition to accommodate InVivo's growing staff.
