Sana Biotechnologies

PIDC completed a 25,000 square foot fit up of the lab/office space for Sana Biotechnology, located at 100 Technology Square in Cambridge, MA. In an effort to identify the underlying causes of disease, Sana creates engineered cells that replace missing or damaged cells, thereby repairing and controlling genes. The space includes house HVAC, new dedicated lab infrastructure, CA, VAC, Nitrogen, CO2, and RODI systems. The cost of the renovation was significantly reduced through a collaborative effort by PIDC and the project design team to as-built and utilize existing HVAC ductwork and plumbing lab infrastructure.
