During an active M&A period, PIDC has played a key role in the expansion and physical integration of various business units. Site selection service and extensive renovations at 11 different sites have totaled over $20M since 2015. Projects include the 151,000 sf Center of Excellence in Tewksbury; 48,000 sf of lab, manufacturing and office fitouts in Billerica; 19,000 sf of office, chemistry, methods and applications lab space in Franklin; and extensive upgrades at the company’s headquarters in Waltham.
