On a not-to-exceed (NTE) basis, PIDC provided construction management services for equipment upgrades to thermally convert pollutant-laden process exhaust streams — including the abatement of VOCs and odors. The on-time, on-budget project required careful sequencing to meet a critical one-week shutdown for three coating lines, including phased removal of three regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTOs).
