PIDC was hired to do a tenant remodification and upgrade of the H-3 office space - renovating to meet new workspace demands and to provide a friendlier, more open working environment. H-3 is spread between two floors, connected by an open staircase. The SOW included: complete demolition of the existing 9,300 sf office space, a reconfigured office layout, new cafe areas with banquet seating, intricate ceiling tile with lighting embeds, new floors, new furniture, new appliances, a reconfigured electric room, and new HVAC throughout the entire floor.
