VOR Biopharma

In Summer of 2020, PIDC Construction completed the fit out of 32,000 SF for VOR Biopharma’s new lab/office space, located at 100 Cambridge park Drive. On behalf of Longfellow Real Estate Partners, PIDC pre-purchased Phase 1 Infrastructure, including two 11,500cfm MAU, one 5,750cfm MAU, two 11,500cfm exhaust fans, a 220T chiller, boilers, a 300kW generator, and a rooftop penthouse. All were necessary to provide lab ready infrastructure. PIDC continues to facilitate the build out of an additional 5,600-sf spec lab and a new freight elevator to support lab tenant needs.
