ProtaGene

On behalf of ProtaGene, PIDC LLC has successfully completed the 27,965 rsf Tenant Improvement project located on the 2nd floor of 4 Burlington Woods Drive, Burlington, MA.   The project consisted of approximately 9 ksf of stunning open ceiling office space with high-end Arktura decorative ceilings, an open seating Café with live moss wall, and state-of-the-art conference room equipment with high tech Audio/Video.  The approximate 13,200 sf of Lab space was fully equipped with new lab benches, tables fume hoods, and Tissue Culture rooms, all tailored to specific tenant requirements.  The project included a new 250 kw generator, Air Compressor, Vacuum system, and exterior LN2 bulk storage tank to support the Lab Utility requirements.   About 8,000sf of the combined lab/office space was subdivided into a future spec lab for additional flexibility by the client.   PIDC was proud to have delivered the project on time and below budget despite the challenges of a fast-paced schedule.
