Based on its previous successes in the leading-edge LINX Watertown creative office building, PIDC was chosen as CM to lead Jacobs and the project’s engineering design team for this second-floor 45,000 sf fitout. The space includes open office suites and areas for conferences and informal meetings — along with 16,000 sf of dedicated biology, chemistry, bacteria and tissue culture lab space.
