Enanta Pharmaceuticals

In this design/build execution, PIDC led the transformation of 17,000 sf of existing space within the second floor of the historic US Army Arsenal Administration building, originally constructed in 1900. The result is a modern executive office space complete with multiple conference rooms, collaboration areas and kitchen/café spaces. Extensive use of architectural glass partitions throughout the design allows for natural light to proliferate the space, creating a bright and modern aesthetic.
