This 67,000 sf buildout in the leading-edge LINX Watertown building facilitates therapeutics development and commercialization for Kala’s proprietary mucus-penetrating particle (MPP) technology, with an initial focus on treatment of eye diseases. As design/builder, PIDC constructed first-class offices, lab systems and infrastructure to serve the growing needs of a staff that now includes over 130 employees.
